Onsite Home Service - $32.50 per Half Hour

We bring our service to your home! Need help setting up a printer? Can’t get your home network to work properly, computer running slow, we can help!

Pickup Service - $22.50 per Half Hour

We bring your computer to us. Promotional Free pickup & delivery within Calgary! We will do an analysis of what we believe to be the problem, and how much time we think is required to perform the repair. Our technicians will phone you as soon as they have that information. You then can give us permission to go ahead with the repair, or inquire more about what options are available. When the repair is finished we deliver it back to your home, and set it up! No need to worry about what plug goes where, we do it all for you!

Priority Service - $30.00 per Half Hour

What is Priority Service?

Priority Service is designed for those who may have a critical time frame when their computer needs to be repaired. When you select this service, your computer is placed into the Priority line. All Priority Service computers are repaired ahead of regular “Pickup Service” computers. This is not offered with Onsite Service.

Remote Technical Support - $25 per Half Hour

We now provide Remote Technical Support. No need to have your computer leave your house, we can perform most troubleshooting via our state of the art Remote Technical Support Software.

We remove malicious programs designed to track information on how you use your computer, what websites you visit, and can also cause undesired pop ups to appear that are not related to the website you are visiting. Also contributes to computer slow down. We will also manually check your Computer’s Registry for key signs of malicious software, as well as remove the common Viruses that have plagued PC users for years.

Prevention – Add $89.00

We will insure all software security updates are installed and configured properly, including all Windows Updates as well as Microsoft Office updates. This service also includes BitDefender Internet Security 2011 1 Year / 1 User. Protect your computer from Viruses, Spyware, and more!

Computer Tune Up

Pickup Service - $39.00

Onsite Service - $99.00

Is your computer running sluggish? It might just need a good Tune Up. We go through and clean out your Internet Cache, Temporary Files, and remove unnecessary start up programs. We also perform a Disk Defragmentation and insure Windows is configured properly, such as Virtual Memory sizing. We can also develop a list of currently installed programs, and you can decide which ones you want removed.

Wireless Network Setup & Security

Onsite Service - $119.00

We will setup, secure, and test your home network. There will no longer be the need of frustration in trying to get that wireless router to work with your laptop. We will ensure everything is working correctly so you can enjoy the advances in Networking Technology. Up to Two PCs. Hardware is not included in price.
